Loaned Executive Program
Each year, corporate partners join United Way's campaign efforts in cost-effective program to improve the community and sharpen the talents of promising employees. Individuals are "loaned" part time for 14 weeks and become part of the United Way team, assisting with many of the workplace campaigns in area businesses. Loaned Executives (LEs) benefit from a unique professional development program that cultivates executive talent, nurtures enthusiasm, strengthens sales skills and raises confidence.
Qualifications:
- Believe in the mission of United Way
- Enjoy working with people
- Work easily in fast-paced environment
- Have an ability to multi-task
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Team player
Responsibilities:
- Assist in campaign planning
- Oversee 3-5 workplace campaigns
- Return phone calls and e-mail messages
- Make presentations at employee meetings
- Provide campaign updates
- Motivate workplace campaign coordinators
