Russell County, AL- If you ever wanted to get back at a Russell County sheriff's deputy for that speeding ticket Friday was your chance.

All day members of the Russell County's sheriff's office took turns sitting in a dunk tank to raise money for the United Way. Even the head boss himself Sheriff Taylor took a turn.

Throws were one dollar a piece, or five dollars for six throws.  If you really wanted to dunk somebody you could pay 25 dollars and just run up and push the button.

Sheriff Taylor says it was a great to, "raise money for a great cause and have fun while you're doing it."

At the end of the day the dunk tank in front of the Russell County sheriff's office raised $1,248.30 for the Chattahoochee Valley United Way.
