Workplace Campaign
The United Way workplace campaign has been called one of the greatest social inventions in American history. Working together with employers and more than a 500 volunteers each year, United Way invites people to advance the common good and create opportunities for a better life for all.
Congratulations to the 2007 Wokplace Award Winners. We appreciate their commitment to United Way and dedication to the Chattahoochee Valley Community.

More about the Campaign
Payroll Deduction
Most people contribute to United Way through payroll deduction. Payroll deduction makes giving easy. Using a pledge website or a paper form, you tell us how much you’d like to give. Your employer then sets aside a portion of your earnings from each pay period.
Where the Money Goes
Your United Way contribution goes to work creating lasting changes right where you live. Local volunteers invest your contribution in the United Way priority areas.
Some of the funds support programs and services that help people with basic needs, such as childcare, emergency shelter and food. Volunteers direct your contributions to the programs that get the best results.
United Way also works to keep people from needing those services in the first place. Working with a broad range of community partners, United Way supports new approaches that focus on prevention and community changes.
